		<description>Nice well laid out article. There is just one point I would like to add. If you are over 55 and are severed from your company you can withdraw from a 401K penalty free. This can make a big difference to a relatively small group of people but if you are 55 to 59&amp;1/2 you may want to exercise caution in rolling over your 401K to an IRA.</description>
